Lets talk about the wisdom teeth.

When a third molar, also known as “wisdom teeth”, does not have enough space to settle in the mouth along with the other molars, then it remains retained or impacted in the bone, causing inflammation and sudden pain when speaking and chewing.

When the extraction of a wisdom teeth is indicated, it should preferably be performed by a Certified Oral Surgeon, who with their experience and preparation will achieve a more favorable result, reducing complications and undesirable effects such as pain and inflammation.

The inflammation caused in the gum by a retained wisdom tooth is extremely painful. If only one tooth is removed, its absence could cause an over eruption of the opposite piece and continue traumatizing the gum. Therefore, it is always advisable to extract both at the same time

The wisdom teeth retained or impacted, are often responsible for the teeth move, this despite having always teeth well aligned.
