What problems can Porcelain Veneers correct?

Porcelain Veneers can be used to correct the appearance of worn tooth enamel, uneven tooth alignment or spacing, tooth discoloration, and chips or cracks.

Are Porcelain Veneers painful?

NO. The procedure is always performed under local anesthesia. We also have IV Sedation option performed by a certified anesthesiologist at an extra cost. After the procedure, you come back with a prescription of analgesics to control any possible discomfort

What’s the difference between a dental crown and a porcelain veneer?

While both of these restorations give the same cosmetic end result, crowns encase the entire tooth, whereas Porcelain Venners only cover over its front surface. Also, a crown involves far more tooth trimming when it’s placed. Porcelain veneers are wafer thin. They usually measure .3 to .6 millimeters in thickness as opposed to a crowns 2 millimeters or more. This means that significantly less tooth grinding is required when veneers are placed, and no trimming is needed on the backside. With some veneering techniques no tooth reduction is needed at all

Are Porcelain Veneers reversible?
